Our stringent quality control procedures ensure that all raw materials and finished products are subject to the most rigorous loading, fire resistance and acoustic performance tests. With continuous improvement initiatives and product development programmes in place we strive to provide the market with the very best quality products.
All our systems are tested and certified according to the highest international requirements. Thanks to our quality control, we are certain to always comply with the standards.
Certificates for system, fire, and acoustic tests can be requested for each panel.
Jansen Access Floors high density chipboard panels are suitable for a wide range of applications in both commercial and public buildings.
The H Series panels comply to the European Standard EN12825 and are tested in accordance with EN 13501. We also manufacture chipboard panels complying with the British PSA/MOB Standard, with much higher load class requirements. Panels can be manufactured with antistatic or conductive properties.
The top surface of the panel can either be supplied bare or with a layer of aluminium foil, steel, melamine, PVC, linoleum, rubber, carpet, hard laminate or stone adhered to it. The edges are cut under 5° and finished with an edge band made of a mix of PVC and ABS or of PVC for the conductive version.
The bottom surface of the panel is supplied bare or with an applied layer of aluminium foil or galvanised steel. The aluminium protects against humidity whilst the galvanised steel provides an alternative option where a particular point load is required.
The standard dimensions are 600 x 600mm, other dimensions are available on request. Panels are available in 28 mm or 38 mm thicknesses, excluding the covering. Other thicknesses are also available upon request.
